Resolution is based solely on the numerical rank assigned to Stanford — moving from an unshared rank to a tied rank at the same number does not constitute a drop.
If Stanford is no longer listed in the rankings, the market resolves to Yes.
If the rank is unchanged, the market resolves to No.
