Fundraiser rankings are determined by the “Top fundraisers from this week” list displayed on ActBlue’s official directory page.
Candidates are ranked in the order shown, from left to right: the leftmost candidate is considered the top fundraiser, followed by the second-, third-, fourth- and fifth-highest fundraisers.
If the fourth-highest fundraiser is not one of the named candidates, every market resolves to No.
